<p>Como no tenía zanahorias para una Carrot cake, cambie la estrategia y me hice una Apple Cake <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><br />
Bizcocho<br />
1/2 taza de harina de centeno<br />
1/2 leche<br />
2 huevos<br />
1 manzana pequeña o<br />
1/2 manzana grande<br />
1 pizca de levadura<br />
Endulzar al gusto (2 cucharadas de postre de miel o un poco de edulcorante liquido)<br />
Canela al gusto<br />
Al microondas 5 minutos.<br />
ABRIR EL BIZCOCHO A LA MITAD</p>
<p>RELLENO<br />
6 cucharadas soperas de queso batido fresco 0%<br />
Endulzar al gusto (1 cucharada de postre de miel o un poco de edulcorante liquido)<br />
1 puñado de nueces molidas</p>
<p>Y LISTO&#8230; A DISFRUTAR&#8230;</p>
