?75 gr de soja texturizada (Mercadona)

?Bote grande de tomate triturado natural ?

?Pimienta negra, comino, sal y hierbas provenzales ?

Ponemos a remojar la soja 15 minutos mientras troceamos la verdura ? Ponemos todas las verduras en la sartén ? con chorro de aceite a pocharse y una pizca de sal. Después vertemos la soja escurrida 5 minutos y más tardes el tomate triturado y echamos el resto de especias. Mezclamos todo bien y listo

Puedes usarla con el arroz, la pasta o modo fajita?
