A veces no puedo con todo…. pero no pasa nada. Saber dónde están mis límites y dónde terminan mis ganas es bueno y es saludable ??‍♀️ Entender que yo también me necesito y que tengo derecho a decir “no puedo más” ??

A veces, caemos en nuestra propia trampa. Decirnos aquello de que “podemos con todo” Es un error que debemos corregir de forma adecuada integrando  pensamientos saludables ➕
Cada día cuando te levantes, piensa de forma optimista ↪️ “estoy haciendo lo mejor que puedo las cosas»,  “voy a dar lo mejor de mi cada día, sin descuidar mi propia persona” ETC…


También es muy importante, que cuides y atiendas tus ritmos circadianos y tus rutinas ????? Tener tiempos de descanso, disponer de unas horas del día para ti, no significa ni mucho menos que rindas menos o que le falles a alguien: es salud ?es equilibrio y es bienestar ✅
